Since our service plans are monthly or annual, we are proactive with a lot of our support. Also, you don't need to wait for a number of things to be fixed. No matter how small the issue, we want you to be as efficient as possible so just give us a call.
Current IT company not willing to go onsite?
At least 95% of our services are done remotely but we are happy to go onsite.
